EXPRESS SHIPPING

All the products on this website are generally available for express shipping. That is upon confirmation of payment, you can receive your order on the same day or the next day.

Payment confirmation occurs when you pay via credit card or the like via our realtime payment gateway. (not available at this time / coming back very shortly). If you pay via EFT (electronic transfer / internet banking / direct deposit), then we have to wait to receive the funds into our bank account, which is immediate if FNB to FNB, or about one day if you are paying from a bank different to FNB. You may send us proof of payment (orders below R 1,000) if you want to fast track this process, but we can’t guarantee it is possible. You may also make payment inside one of our stores, in which case the payment proof is immediate.

For same day door to door delivery the payment must be confirmed before 10:30am in the morning and your delivery address must be within urban Gauteng, this means your order can be collected from us around mid-day and then be directly on route to you.

Next day door to door delivery will apply if your payment is confirmed before 10:30am and your shipping address is outside of urban Gauteng, but within any other urban / city / major metropolitan area nationwide.

Two to three day or later delivery will occur if your delivery address is in an outlying area. This delivery will most likely not be to your door, but will be confirmed with you. You may also add a comment to your shipping address or order comments to specify what alternative delivery method you would prefer. If you would still like to receive door to door delivery in an outlying area you will need to let us know and it will most likely incur an extra cost.

Other reasons shipping delays might occur is if the order is placed over a weekend or public holiday, because shipping services do not collect on weekends and public holidays, and the order will be collected on the next working day instead.

Multiple collection locations will also cause a slight delay. That is if you are ordering multiple products which are located in different areas, they will first need to be assembled to one shipping package before sending. We will notify you of this delay, upon which if you are in a hurry you may select to ship the items individually from the different locations immediately for an extra cost.

There may also be other miscellaneous reasons for order delays, which are very rare, but unfortunately do occur. Such as but not limited to: technical website and inventory syncing errors; general inventory / stocking errors; problems with the courier service / delivery issues; and items which could get sold out at basically the exact same time. As much as we work to avoid these various delays, they are impossible to avoid from time to time, and using our services means you accept that they could occur.
